Motorcycle Racing
The Too Fast crew started racing in back in the early 1980's, Jezza went to Stan Stephens shop in Kent and bought a new Yamaha RD LC350, fully prepared for "Proddy Racing" which was more than I was.
My first race at Caldwell Park, I could not believe how fast everyone else was going. Proddy racing in the eighties was a baptism of fire, with most clubs running full grids. The Yamaha LC 350 was the weapon of choice and with everyone on pretty equal machinery, it was down to riding ability.

During my second season I was a team mate with Kenny Irons.
Kenny was a class act and a generous rider, he showed me how to put a fast lap together. Kenny later went on to win the British Super bike title and become a Suzuki team rider in GP's with Kevin Schwantz.
